So I just finished watching Obama's TV spot and damn. Yeah, it was a little sappy, but it was so nicely executed I couldn't even mind. I just gladly let my heartstrings be tugged and, okay, maybe I even got a little misty-eyed. But I just can't stomach the thought of living in an America where McCain and Palin win. And for the first time there's some real frigging hope. Say what you will about Obama, the man is inspiring. He strikes a chord in a lot of people who have been fed up with the way things are for a long time. I don't want to throw around trite phrases like a beacon of hope and light in the dark and stormy seas of American government, but it's been that kind of night so, fuck it, I will. I've just got to believe that enough people feel the same way.
I wish it was Election Day right now.

Ever since I first found out who Obama was, I've said that he inspires me similar to the way Kennedy inspired his generation. BE the change you want to see!!

It is funny. Have you now realized that you fell for exactly what V was entirely against. England hasn't prevailed instead Obama prevails.
